Can I return my customized item for a refund or return it for an exchange?
Any used or customized items may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Please check for any defects or any issues with your item as soon as you receive your item and prior to using it as it will be not be eligible for a refund if item is used or if the window to report an issue with your item has passed.
If the item is damaged due to transit or defect, you may quality for an exchange or return most likely through Canada Post unless it is due to my error. Please send over a picture/s with an email describing error and I will do my best to fix the issue right away. In some cases, you may be asked to return the item.
What are your business hours?
Please note that Stamp Camp hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm PST and closed on weekends and holidays. All emails received outside of closing hours are answered the following business day :)
Do you provide proofs for customized orders?
For logo stamps, proofs are not provided unless I have made some revisions to the design.
For all other custom rubber stamps, please leave your request in the notes section during check out as that is the only way you may receive a proof. Each proof is provided with 2 rounds of revisions. Proofs are provided typically within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please check your proof for aesthetics, layout, correctness of all spellings, dates, times and addresses. Your order will be printed exactly as approved. Any customer approved mistakes will be unfortunately re-printed at the customer’s expense.
Where do you ship from?
All Canadian and International orders ship from Mission, BC and via my production partners in Nova Scotia who handle my Eastern Canadian orders.
My mail was returned back to Stamp Camp, how do I get it sent back to me?
All returned mail has a return fee of $15 that Canada Post requires us to pay them before allowing us to pick up returned mail. It will be picked up at Stamp Camp's earliest convenience outside of working hours and buyer will pay for reship, and cost to pick up package from Canada Post.
